Investigating the factors influencing performance improvement through e-businesses

Abstract
In this regard, the present study was conducted with the aim of “determining solutions for improving productivity through e-businesses in Tehran municipality” with nine hypotheses in the field of improving the performance and efficiency of electronic business. The statistical population of the study consisted of managers, principals, officials and senior experts of the Tehran Municipality. Which was 800, measured in a 360-member sample. The research method has been applied, descriptive and survey method. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire with 72 questions. To test the hypotheses, the structural equation modeling method was used with Amos software.
The results of this research have shown that all nine hypotheses are approved. Internal factors on improving the quality of electronic business have a positive impact on the amount of 0.522, external factors on improving the quality of e-business has a positive impact on the amount of 0.531, the quality dimensions of e-business on improving the quality of electronic business has a positive impact on 0.490, technological factors on improving the quality of electronic business has a positive impact on the amount of 0.369, the factors related to customers to improve the quality of electronic business has a positive impact of 0.229, improve technological capabilities on improving the quality of business and Electronic work has a positive impact of 0.214, improving the quality of electronic business on improving the performance and efficiency of electron business A positive impact of 0.210, Improving the technological capabilities to improve the performance and efficiency of electronic business has a positive impact of 0.497T and improving the intention to use e-services by the customer to improve the performance and business efficiency of the electronic business by 0.452 has had a positive impact.
