This study investigates how religious rituals contribute to spatial regeneration, the strengthening of social capital, and the formation of cultural identity within the urban fabric of Javadieh, Tehran. Employing a qualitative approach and a case study strategy, data were collected through 19 semi-structured interviews with residents and ritual organizers, complemented by field observations. Thematic analysis was conducted using MAXQDA 2022. The results revealed that rituals temporarily transform everyday spaces, enhance spatial vitality, and rebuild social relationships by fostering trust and solidarity among residents. Moreover, rituals act as mechanisms of collective memory, reinforcing the neighborhood’s cultural identity. However, the lack of institutional support and formal participatory frameworks poses challenges to the sustainability of these processes. The findings highlight the importance of community-based approaches in urban policymaking and underscore the need to recognize rituals as cultural assets and tools for urban regeneration. By providing an interdisciplinary perspective on the interrelation of space, ritual, and society, this study offers new insights into the cultural dynamics of contemporary cities. در دهه‌های اخیر، توجه به نقش آیین‌های جمعی در پویایی فضاهای شهری و بازتولید انسجام اجتماعی، به‌ویژه در شهرهای خاورمیانه، افزایش یافته است. این پژوهش به بررسی چگونگی تأثیر آیین‌های مذهبی بر بازآفرینی فضا، تقویت سرمایۀ اجتماعی و شکل‌گیری هویت فرهنگی در بافت شهری جوادیه (تهران) می‌پردازد. مطالعۀ حاضر با رویکرد کیفی و در قالب راهبرد مطالعۀ موردی انجام شد. داده‌ها از طریق ۱۹ مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساخت‌یافته با ساکنان و برگزارکنندگان آیین‌های مذهبی و نیز مشاهدات میدانی گردآوری شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل تماتیک و با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA 2022 صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد آیین‌ها موجب دگرگونی موقت فضاهای روزمره و افزایش سرزندگی فضایی می‌شوند، روابط اجتماعی را بازسازی کرده و حس اعتماد و همبستگی را میان ساکنان تقویت می‌کنند. همچنین، آیین‌ها به‌ مثابه سازوکار حافظۀ جمعی عمل کرده و هویت فرهنگی محله را تثبیت می‌کنند. در عین حال، ضعف حمایت نهادی و نبود چارچوب‌های رسمی مشارکتی از چالش‌های اصلی در پایداری این فرایندهاست. یافته‌ها بر اهمیت رویکردهای اجتماع‌محور در سیاست‌گذاری شهری و ضرورت به ‌رسمیت ‌شناختن آیین‌ها به ‌عنوان سرمایه فرهنگی و ابزار بازآفرینی شهری تأکید می‌کنند. این مطالعه با ارائۀ بینشی میان‌رشته‌ای از پیوند فضا، آیین و اجتماع، درک جدیدی از پویایی‌های فرهنگی در شهرهای معاصر ارائه می‌دهد. https://www.juep.net/article_235455_7c548cabc59a58c53953ac08adde2326.pdf
